Our recruitment process

If you are eligible for the role, a member of our Recruitment Team will call you to discuss your skills, experience and suitability.


If you’re lucky enough to be shortlisted, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview over Zoom (or other suitable platform) with a Care Support or Branch Manager.

Job Offer

If you’re successful, you will be contacted within 24 hours of your interview offering you the position and agreeing a start date.

Your email address will be set up, enabling you to receive all internal communications from Midian Care

PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t already have an appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, we are required by law to apply for one on your behalf.  You will need to pay for this, but the cost is fully refundable to you after completing 3 months of work for Midian Care.

Before Starting

You will be required to undertake four full days’ pre-employment training (Tuesday to Friday) to check your suitability for the role.  This includes one day of training in a specialism such as Dementia, Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities or Homecare.  The other three days are for training in moving and handling, medication and general company training.
